Cancellation Policy

Every session has to be paid before the time of the appointment. A $45 fee will be charged for late cancelations or no-shows. You can cancel or reschedule 24 hours before your session without any problem. I will be emailing you the consent form for therapy to the email you provide on the form. If booking for couples sessions, both need to fill out the form separately. Please share the consent with your partner/spouse. The consent forms must be returned completed before the initial session. If already submitted, please ignore this message. YOU ALSO CONSENT TO GET SMS NOTIFICATIONS ABOUT YOUR APPOINTMENTS TO THE PHONE NUMBER YOU PROVIDED. Las sesiones deben pagarse antes de la cita.
